Only a short walk into town where you will find numerous pubs and restaurants, this house also comes with a luxury hot tub, making it possible to enjoy the garden whatever time of year you choose to visit.

In the pretty seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, this modern light-filled house is ideally located within an easy stroll of The Buttlands with its picturesque square and popular pubs and restaurants and Staithe Street which bustles with locals and visitors wanting to explore the numerous independent shops that cascade down the pretty street towards the quay. Just a mile from the quay where the fishermen and their boats jostle for space and where you can enjoy a spot of gillying or ‘crabbing’ from the harbour wall. Wells is now much more a year-round destination and whether you enjoy walking or cycling the narrow country lanes, paddle boarding or kayaking through the creeks and channels, or simply want to soak up the sunshine on the beautiful sandy beach, this destination won’t disappoint.
